If 42cm back please select 40cm back but ask for a 42cm back in comments section when you place order. After placing your order i highly recommend you email a side on photo to if you do not have the time to do this i also find it helpful when the breed and gender of the dog is mentioned in comments. Thank you for

 * Greyhounds and Whippets need to be measured differently, please go to greyhound / whippet coat to find instructions. Any other breed please follow the below instructions:

  1. Neck measurement: Measure around the base / thickest part of your dog’s neck. Keep tape flush with skin (not lose or tight).
  2. Back measurement:
From the Base of neck (where neck measurement was taken from) measure along the spine to top of your dog’s tail.
  3. Chest: Measure around the chest just behind front legs. Keep tape flush with skin (not lose or tight).
  4. Girth: Measure around the smallest section of stomach. Keep tape flush with skin (not lose or tight).

When measuring your dog, your tape measure should be flush with the skin to give the correct measurements of your dog. When we make the coat belt, the girth measurement is used to allow for your dog's weight to alter, if necessary.
